Q: What is Red Bird Printed?
A: We are a family business located in Raymore, MO. The owner, Heather, has been a successful photographer with over 20 years of experience. She always wanted to create a way for her customers to print their favorite images and have them all over their homes as well as give them as gifts! When she saw the possibility of creating high end custom magnets at an affordable price, she knew that this was exactly what she wanted to do!!
Q: What kind of pictures can I print?
A: You can upload your images from multiple sources including your mobile device, Instagram, Facebook and even your computer! The possibilities are endless!! Want a custom magnet for a special occasion? Contact Heather directly and she will work on creating the perfect magnet for you!
Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Absolutely! We consider any order over 50 a bulk order and we would love to give you pricing that reflects a bulk discount! Need a great handout for your Senior Graduation, a Save the date announcement, or even want to promote your business? We would love to work with you and have competitive bulk pricing for such scenarios! Just fill out the "contact us" page and we will be in touch shortly!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We do our very best to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. For standard shipping it typically takes 3-4 business days unless you expedite your shipping. Typically from start to finish it takes about a week to receive your order within the USA. Keep in mind, we hand make each magnet - so we appreciate your patience and we can't wait for you to get your order!!
Q: What are my Shipping Options?
A: Currently I use USPS for all my shipping needs. You can either choose Standard shipping for $5.95 which usually takes 3-4 days or you can choose Expedited Shipping for $9.95 which takes usually 1-2 days. We tend to run shipping specials so make sure you check out our home page for any announcements!
